The cobbled village road of Khachmach (in Artsakh’s Askeran region) stretching towards the new church of the village is the silent witness of a number of welcome developments in the community. The village that has regular potable water, gas system, a renovated school and road, will get a new community center through sponsorship of the Hayastan Fund. Apart from a health clinic, a library, a computer lab, the two-storey community center in construction will feature also the mayor’s office and an events hall designed for 150 persons.
