On Thursday, November 27, 2008, Thanksgiving Day, Armenia Fund will host its 11th live international telethon to audiences across the globe through cable, satellite and internet networks. Telethon 2008 will beam from continent to continent with the mission of uniting the greater Armenian Diaspora under a common cause. For the past 11 years, Armenia Fund has successfully rallied the Armenian people around its nation building endeavor, helping restore Armenia to its heyday and delivering hope to thousands living in remote rural regions of Armenia.
With the click of a button or through the flick of your TV remote control, you can be part of Armenian nation-building. On November 27, 2008, you have the real chance to help make Armenia and Karabakh a better place to live. Help Armenia Fund make a real difference in the lives of the people in the Homeland.
Proceeds from Telethon 2008 will benefit core infrastructure projects in remote areas of Armenia and Karabakh.

Unveiling of the Telethon 2008 Logo

Los Angeles, CA – Armenia Fund launched its 11th International Telethon campaign. On Friday, October 10, Armenia Fund’s long time supporters and donors gathered at the residence of Mr. Armen Khachatourian and Mrs. Maria Mehranian to unveil the 2008 Telethon logo. Present at the special dinner reception was the former President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic, H.E. Arkady Ghoukassian.
