Armenia Fund, Incorporated maintains high levels of accountability and financial transparency. Through annual financial audits, conducted by independent auditing firms, the organization successfully demonstrates its financial transparency on an annual basis. Furthermore, Armenia Fund Inc. maintains low administrative costs, thereby allocating more of donated money to projects in Armenia and Karabakh. As a matter of fact, more than 90 percent of collected money is directly allocated to the projects. Less than 10 percents is used for administrative and fundraising purposes.

Armenia Fund also maintains financial reports of projects in Armenia. By closely monitoring the financial allocations of each project, Armenia Fund and its 18 affiliates closely adhere to the transparency in their operations.

Armenia Fund Inc.’s main affiliate, “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund undergoes a rigorous audit, conducted by Grant Thornton Amyot, the Armenian branch of Grant Thornton – one of the world's leading organizations of international auditors and business advisers. A partial list of its clients includes projects implemented by the World Bank and major Western companies operating inside Armenia. During this audit, Armenia Fund, Inc. participates by submitting its input, alongside all financial transactions that have taken place between Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and Armenia Fund Incorporated. An independent control committee also monitors the finances and construction projects implemented by Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.

Armenia Fund, Incorporated, through contacts with its main affiliates, provides progress reports detailing financial costs and breakdowns to donors of special projects. By engaging in high levels of oversight measures, Armenia Fund continues to strengthen its trust amongst all donor levels.

As a 501 (c)(3), non-profit corporation registered with the State of California, all donations made to Armenia Fund, Inc. are tax-deductible as delineated by tax laws. All donors receive a tax-deductible receipt in return for their kind donation to Armenia Fund.
